You are of legal age.

You have usage rights to any reference materials and/or designs provided for use in the project.

You are able to provide credits for any third-party reference or designs.

You are responsible for understanding the usage policies and terms of the platforms you use the artist’s deliverables on.

You will provide as much information as necessary regarding intended project usage and agree to discuss additional uses or changes with the artist or their management after project start.

Applications are via Google Forms or VGen.

I, Fabika, have the right to refuse any project.

They are not first-come first-served. There will be anywhere from 1-4 slots accepted for each batch.

Upon submission of an application, the proyect will be reviewed based on the project details provided by the applicant.

For Model+Art, the application must provide a clear, completed, front-facing character reference. The more details, the more efficient is the character design process. Coloured sketches are okay.

Any extra outfits you intend to get will also require reference! Mood boards are alright for very simple outfits.

For Only Rig, a complete ready to rig PSD is required. Including all the extra assets (e.g. tears, pout, posed arms, face shadow...)

For Rig Only the PSD should be split into properly named + grouped layers (R/L accordingly), each layer to be drawn wholly even if part of it is being overlapped. The model must be in default position. It must be upright and centered, the face symmetry line should line up with the canvas' center line. Please refer to Art Prep Guide

You will be contacted via email either you're accepted or not.

Please credit me (AoFabika) clearly as the artist/rigger with link to my twitter/instagram/Youtube, this means credit should not be difficult to find!

Project progress is tracked through queue section and trello. Organized by priority.

More than one project may be worked simultaneously.

You may request revisions at the sketch phase till you are satisfied, only minor revisions when sent the final model/final rig. Any revisions deemed as major will be charged a fee.

Turnaround time: Please safely expect 4 - 6 weeks for rig-only and 6 - 8 weeks for model + rig. This does not include extra time required for extra outfits / hairstyles. This window will start when I begin your project, not when you are given a slot!

If client fails to respond to feedback requests within 7 days I hold the right to continue the project, up to what has been paid, with no revision to requested feedback. Continuous non-communication may result in project cancellation without refund.

Payment must be made upfront, through either PayPal, Ko-Fi or VGen.

You may also opt to pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, let me know!

The initial payment of a minimum of 50% is expected to be made within 5 days of the being contacted to start the project (not when you are given a slot), the slot may need to be postponed (only if time allows)/given up otherwise.

Final files will only be sent upon receiving full payment.

Refunds (full or partial) are not offered under normal circumstances upon project start and no refunds are allowed after project delivery. For exceptional cases, Fabika gets to retain a percentage based on current completion of the project to compensate time spent.

If Fabika is unable to finish the project for any reason, a partial refund will be given based on current completion of the project.

The client agrees not to file a chargeback without notice and discussion with Fabika.

Client will receive a model folder containing VTubeStudio runtime files. VTS settings will be set up along with hotkeys and animations.

You are not allowed to re-sell the Live2D model (w/o permission), redistribute the files, or claim the artwork as your own. Please contact me if you wish to edit/add on the model. In case an agreement is reached, the model can't be sold for more than the aquired price.

It is prohibited to use/upload/sell my work as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) anywhere.

The Live2D work file (moc3.) will not be given/sold to the client. With riggers that offer specialized rig enhancements, I will be willing to work with/share the file with if I deem them to be a trusted, reputable individual.

Raffles and Giveaways have to be asked and discussed with Fabika before doing so.

All new owners will have to agree with the T.O.S as well and are not exempt.

I have the right to reveal and post a showcase of the delivered model after 90 days of its delivery date.

Should the model debut within 90 days, a showcase will be posted any time after its reveal. Requests for extension of this 90 day period is on a case-by-case basis and a date of reveal must be given and agreed to by the artist. I have the right to post the showcase on any platform.

If there are any adoptables, they will be available on Ko-FI

They come with the commercial rights included. Meaning you can use them as your own character in a comic, game, as a vtuber model, etc. The intellectual rights will still be owned by AoFabika.

They can't be reselled o redistributed unless an agreement is reached between Fabika and the owner. In case an agreement is reached, the model can't be sold for more than the aquired price.

If the adoptable is only a design character PNG, you can opt for a 25% discount in the final price if you want Fabika to model and rig it with no major design changes.

Raffles and Giveaways have to be asked and discussed with Fabika before doing so.

Once I receive an application, I review and respond from 2-3 days later max.

Then we have to agree on a starting date, once the payment is done, i proceed to sketch and tentative color. In the sketching phase you get revisions till you're satisfied.

With everything okay, I proceed with the model and then I ready it for rigging in Live2D. You get up to 2 revisions in this phase.

I start rigging:

I show you when the face features are done.

When face X/Y/Z is done.

When Body X/Y/Z is done.

When Physics are done.

When expressions, toggles and animations are done.

You get 1 revision each progress phase, in case you feel something off.

Once we agreed with the results and once the last payment is done (if you opted for 50/50), I send you the VtubeStudio runtime files. If you need help aside from tutorial videos to set things up we could make a call on discord :3

You get 1 month to troubleshoot any bug.

Any major revision in any step will cost a fee, so please review throughly in each progress phase.

Commercial Rights are included in the base price. Meaning you can stream, sell merch, use in comics/books, etc.

Intellectual rights are owned by AoFabika.

PSD Processing that comes with the commission only includes note/instruction documentation to give to the L2D model artist for corrections. If the artist is unable to fix all listed corrections, permission/consent from the original artist is required before we proceed with any edits not done by the original artist.

If extensive PSD processing/correction is required and the original artist is unable to accomodate the request, then, with permission from the original artist, i get to process the psd and charge an additional fee to cover the extense of the changes and time consumed.

Rush fees are +50% of the subtotal of the project.

Usually, rush commission acceptance is very rare but may still be acquired.

Rush projects will automatically be put into priority queue.

Any delivery due within 4 weeks from estimated project start will be considered a rush.

Any project that requires NDA's or restriction from public posting or streaming will be considered private.

Privacy can be negotiated to certain terms in order to either remit or lower the privacy costs. (e.g. streaming and social media posts allowed but no name disclosure will not cost a privacy fee.)

Privacy fees are priced with $100 extras.
